You must be at least 21 years old and a Philippine resident to register and play at pisotaya. Age verification is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations.
Each player may hold only one pisotaya account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings.
Minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits. pisotaya does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
All pisotaya bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim bonuses, will result in account closure.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated software, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited at pisotaya and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
pisotaya provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players experiencing gambling-related problems are encouraged to use these tools and seek professional help.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and pisotaya ("pisotaya," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pisotaya online gaming platform located at pisotaya.org and all associated games, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
pisotaya operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with pisotaya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and participate in any gaming activity on the pisotaya Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. pisotaya strictly prohibits underage gambling.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pisotaya complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pisotaya makes no representations that the Platform is legal or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register or use the pisotaya Platform:
To access the full range of pisotaya services, you must create a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a government-issued ID number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual player may hold only one (1) pisotaya account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual for any purpose – including to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or avoid exclusion – is strictly prohibited. pisotaya reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings held therein.
pisotaya is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pisotaya account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. pisotaya will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pisotaya's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
pisotaya accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay-enabled bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱200 for bank transfers.
All transactions on the pisotaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pisotaya does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your pisotaya account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour. pisotaya does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Player funds deposited into pisotaya accounts are held in segregated accounts separate from pisotaya's operational funds. This ensures that player balances are protected in the event of operational insolvency.
Players may request a withdrawal of available balance at any time subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers.
pisotaya processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within an average of five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). pisotaya does not guarantee withdrawal times on Philippine public holidays, though we endeavor to process all requests within 24 hours.
Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used to make deposits into the pisotaya account, consistent with AML compliance obligations. pisotaya reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.
pisotaya offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and time limits that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus terms must be read carefully before acceptance.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they and any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 30x) will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
pisotaya reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it suspects: multiple account registration to claim bonuses; systematic betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; collusion; or any other form of bonus abuse.
pisotaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already accepted by players.
All games available on the pisotaya Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and compliance with industry standards. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the respective game's help or information section.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, pisotaya's system logs constitute the authoritative record of game results. Where a technical malfunction or error has materially affected a game outcome, pisotaya reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pisotaya Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All content on the pisotaya Platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video – is the intellectual property of pisotaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any pisotaya content without express prior written consent.
pisotaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to pisotaya's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pisotaya implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for service provision.
pisotaya is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

pisotaya requires mandatory age verification for all players and uses multiple verification methods to prevent underage access. Players must be 21 or older. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any deposits refunded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisotaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
pisotaya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits pisotaya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact pisotaya's customer support team to resolve disputes informally. pisotaya will endeavor to resolve all legitimate player complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
Matters falling within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction may also be raised with PAGCOR directly.
pisotaya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pisotaya will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the pisotaya Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
